Optum EMIS Web

Please follow the steps below to activate the agreement only once you have received the email from Optum to gain access to the resources.

Activating the Agreement in Resource Publisher

  • Access Data Sharing Manager
  • Click the EMIS Web menu, hover over Configuration, then select Data Sharing Manager
  • On the ribbon, click My Agreements

  • Click on Resource Publisher at the bottom of the screen

  • Highlight the below agreement and click on Activate Agreement from the ribbon

To use the templates

  • Ensure the required patient is selected in EMIS Web and from the ribbon menu click the drop-down arrow under add and select Data using Template.

  • In the Template Picker window now click the plus symbol next to shared folders.

  • And navigate further to.

  • You should see two templates, an Initial Assessment and one for Review Appointments.

  • Please note: If you are unable to see the templates, from the EMIS ball go to Resource Publisher and click the refresh icon on the ribbon menu.
